Harvest Edge support

Harvest Edge (shown as “Harvest” inside the app) keeps a farm’s records: farms, assets, crops, payments and reminders. It is free, with no purchases, no subscriptions and no ads.

How do I sign in?

On the first screen choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. Use the same account on every device and you see the same records on all of them. To look around without any account, tap Try the demo on the first screen; it opens a sample farm, and Settings › Leave the demo removes it.

Does Harvest Edge cost anything?

No. The app is free to download and use. Creating an account is free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no paid features and no ads. The Payments page is only a notebook (a khata) of what you paid, received, owe and are owed; it does not move any money.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Your records are kept on the device and sync when you are online again.

I deleted something by mistake.

Deleted farms, crops, assets, expenses, earnings, facts, payments and reminders wait at the foot of their page under “deleted”. Open one and choose Restore.

The numbers on a crop look wrong.

Open the crop and check its expenses and earnings. Each entry opens to show when it was added and every change made to it. If something still looks wrong, email us with the crop’s name.

Delete your Harvest Edge account and data

In the app: open Settings › Delete account and confirm. Your sign-in and every farm that belongs only to you are deleted permanently at once, with all their crops, assets, expenses, earnings, payments, facts and reminders.

To delete only some of your data, open the entry in the app — a farm, crop, asset, expense, earning, payment, fact or reminder — and choose Delete, then Delete Permanently from the deleted items. It is removed at once.

Nothing is kept after deletion.
